I already paid my $3,900, what is the delivery time for the complete package?

The timeline for all services, including but not limited to website development and API integration, shall begin on the later of (i) the date the initial deposit is received by the Developer, or (ii) the date this Agreement is fully executed by both parties (the “Commencement Date”).It takes 4 to 6 weeks from the commencement date; depending on how we are doing with the other sites, we do the sites on a first come, first served basis.

I already paid my $499, when will I be able to see my products in my Shopify store?

The Client already has a site on the Shopify platform but also wants to activate TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

We can include your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) for an additional $100 per Platform We'll help you connect. However, the user is responsible for completing the application for the TikTok and Facebook apps.

How much does Shopify cost per month?

$29 USD/month (Basic Plan) Right now Shopify has a promotion of the First 3 months for $1 USD/month Paid annually (prorated) 💡 The client hires directly from Shopify.

How much does Diana Zapateria's service cost to send your package (dropshipping)?

$5.00 USD per processed order (Covers handling, logistics, shipping confirmation, and packaging).

How long does it take to ship orders?

Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days. International or special shipping is quoted separately.

How do returns work?

Internal Policy (Wholesalers): 60 days Policy for your store customers: we suggest 30 days ✔️ Unused product ✔️ In original packaging ✔️ No final products, outlet type or promotion.

How much should I invest in advertising?

Shopify doesn't include advertising campaigns. A minimum monthly budget of $25–$50 is suggested for Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram).

How many products can be uploaded?

Up to 1,200 products from our catalog (already connected) If you want to add your own, you must do so manually or with assistance

Does Shopify charge fees for sales?

✔️ 2.9% + $0.30 USD for online sales ✔️ 2.6% + $0.10 USD at the point of sale ✔️ 2% if they use external processors like PayPal

Does Shopify have a forced contract?

No. It's monthly or annual, and you can cancel at any time.

Can I use my domain?

Yes. You can connect an existing one or purchase one from Shopify.

Does Shopify charge hidden fees?

No. Shopify has no hidden fees. All costs, such as subscriptions, sales fees, and transaction fees, can be clearly seen from your dashboard.

Can I use my own SEO for the products?

Yes, you can use your own SEO. Just be sure to let us know so we only sync the data you need (like photos and prices) and respect your custom SEO settings.

Can I upload products that are not from Zapatería Diana?

Yes, you can upload your own products. But, important: we don't offer support for those products. However, we'd be happy to show you how to take good photos from your phone using the Shopify app and help you upload your first product as an example.

How does Shopify shipping work?

When a customer makes a purchase: Shopify automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the rules you set and adds it to the cart. The system generates a label. Then you send the label to us.

What do I need before filling out the form if the client is interested in being contacted to create their Shopify store?

Obtain customer information (legal name, email, phone number, address). Choose between the two packages we offer (basic connection which is the API connection and the creation of the full website, including 6 pages.

Can I activate Shopify Payments from the start?

No. Shopify Payments may require validation from Shopify. The customer must register their bank account, tax identification number (EIN), and other legal information.

Can I use custom images or descriptions?

Yes, but they must respect the brand's guidelines. If the client has their own SEO or descriptions, they must let you know to avoid overwriting.
